Privacy policy

1. Data controller

  • Controller: Integradores de Redes Canarias, S.L.U. (trading as IRC Canarias)
  • Tax ID (NIF): B38740940
  • Address: Calle Libertad 66, 38296 San Cristóbal de La Laguna (Santa Cruz de Tenerife)
  • Contact: info@irccanarias.es

2. Data we process and purpose

We process the data you provide in the contact form (name, email, company, phone, subject, plan of interest and message) solely to handle your enquiry or prepare the quote you request. Providing this data is voluntary, but your name, email and message are necessary for us to reply; without them we cannot handle your request.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject when you ask for a quote (article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the general enquiries we receive (article 6.1.f GDPR), which does not override your rights or interests.

4. Retention and logs

The Website has no database and does not store the form data: the contact service receives it and forwards it by email. This service only logs event names, with no IP addresses or message content, and the web server keeps no access logs. To limit abuse of the form, the IP address is used temporarily in the memory of the service.

The server’s technical system logs may contain an IP address in case of errors or security events. They are kept for a maximum of 1 month, based on our legitimate interest in the security of the service (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Messages received in our mailbox are kept while the enquiry or business relationship is being handled and are deleted at the latest 1 year after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires keeping them longer.

5. Recipients and processors

To send the email we use Resend as a processor, acting on behalf of Integradores de Redes Canarias, S.L.U. and following its instructions. Resend processes data mainly in the United States; that international transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission included in its data processing agreement, in line with article 46 GDPR. We do not disclose your data to other third parties, except where legally required.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@irccanarias.es, identifying yourself appropriately. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and local storage
